What is Back to Base Monitoring?
Back to Base Monitoring is a Service offered by Sublime Technologies. Licensed and Trained Control Room staff watch over your Security 24/7 and have specific, tailored instructions to follow should an incident occur.
How Does It Work?
When an incident occurs at work or home a signal is sent, and the Control Room is instantly notified. Incidents can vary from theft and intrusion, broken windows or fires, to medical emergencies.
Control Room Staff is able to determine where on the premise the incident has occurred as well as the nature of the alarm. Pending the situation and the Emergency Action Plan agreed to between Yourself and the Control Room Staff, certain steps are actioned accordingly.
Emergency Action Plans can range from the Control Room staff phoning the contact person to ensure everything is ok, to sending a patrol car to check on an environment, to calling the police or other emergency services. Emergency Actions Plans are built around ‘What needs to happen in (various) types of emergencies’. No two Emergency Action Plans are the same.
