Like every piece of equipment, security cameras need regular maintenance and repairs. Dust, smoke haze and cobwebs build up over time, reducing the clarity of your images.

Sublime Technologies not only install security cameras throughout Brisbane and South-East Queensland, we also repair and maintain them for you either on-call or through a regular maintenance plan.

Sublime have Maintenance plans for CCTV (Gold, Silver and Bronze packages). Whilst part of the plan is to service and clean their cameras at 6 or 12 monthly intervals, it covers more than just cleaning of dust, cob webs etc. Some things that the maintenance plans offer are:

PhoneTech / Remote Support

  • Week Days 8am-5pm (EST) Remote access to Sublime PhoneTechs for support regarding use of equipment, queries, footage backup and step-by-step instruction.
  • Weekly remote system check to ensure cameras and hard drives are working.
  • Failure monitoring alerts via email if system encounters a fault.
  • Continuous remote view online status and support if system goes offline.
